Answering the Question: Do You Have a Consignment Program?

If you're reading this article, you may have a mobility aid product that you or your loved one no longer needs and are looking to pass it on to a new owner and possibly recoup some of your costs as well. If that's you, you've come to the right place!
The answer is, yes! We do have a consignment program. Here's the details:
- We accept some scooters and powerchairs into our consignment program. The make, model, and year are factors that determine which units are eligible.
- This program is in-store only, so you must be near one of our locations to participate.
- If we decide your unit is eligible for the program, we do a unit inspection to determine if any repairs are needed prior to selling, as well as determining the general condition of the unit. Generally, you are responsible to pay for this inspection upfront.
- Once the unit sells, we both receive a portion of the sale.
That's it! Pretty simple and straightforward.
The advantages of choosing to sell your unit via consignment is that we take care of the upkeep (doing the work on any repairs, charging and cleaning) of the unit while it sells and we handle all the paperwork and buyer interactions for you. Since this is what we do, we have the skills and knowledge to make sure your unit finds its perfect new home and will serve the new user well.
