Shipping Policy
Currently orders are flat rated at $34.13 ($32.50 + GST). Oversized items (>40"x30") have a fixed shipping rate of $65.31 ($62.20 + GST). Scooters and powerchairs have a fixed shipping rate of $288.75 ($275 + GST). If you are ordering more than 1 oversized item, email us to receive a shipping discount coupon before you complete your purchase.
After placing your order, we will determine the courier for shipping. You may request a particular courier and provide additional delivery instructions, but please note this may incur an additional freight surcharge. Should this occur, we will contact you for additional payment prior to shipping your order. Thank you for your co-operation.
Once your order is processed you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have a question regarding stock or the estimated ship date on a particular product, give us a call and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Returns Policy
For an item to be returned it must be within 10 days of purchase, be in the original packaging and not damaged in any way, must be unused and be accompanied by the original invoice. All parts and accessories must be included (if applicable).

- Sale Items
Select items may not be eligible for return:

- Walkers & Rollators
- Bathroom Equipment
If you wish to return an item, contact us to receive an RMA number. Write your RMA number next to our address on the shipping label. Your return will be processed at the closest Moose Mobility service facility. As the customer you are responsible to pay the return shipping fees.
When we receive the returned item in proper condition, you will be refunded the original paid price, minus a 25% restocking fee, within 15 days.
For warranty, refer to the manufacturer's warranty.
